Local farmers, artisans, and cooks from across the area congregate in Marion Square each week to showcase their goods to visitors. One of the most frequented vendors at the farmers market is Rio Bertolini’s, which sells handcrafted pasta in unique flavors like roasted garlic and chive, lime and cilantro, and even squid ink. They’re also known for their infused butter and fresh ravioli with stuffing options including beet and lemon, carbonara, and porcini mushroom.

Food Trucks

If you’re looking for a place to grab a quick but delicious breakfast or lunch, the food truck section of the farmers market is the place to go on Saturdays. Choose from local favorites like Roti Rolls, which serves up Southern food with Caribbean, Asian, and Indian inspired elements. You can also opt to order from a crepe truck, the Juice Joint, and several other local favorites.

Entertainment

After you’ve grabbed one of the fresh-squeezed lemonades and a something tasty to munch on, find a table under the shade of the park’s trees and enjoy the stylings of local musicians. If you’re traveling with kids, bring them to the bouncy house and slide area to play around! For a thrilled exhibit of entertainment, hang out on the corner of Marion Square by Calhoun and King streets to watch a group of incredibly talented street performers.
